By accessing or using UserFeedFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use UserFeedFlow for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to interfere with the service's infrastructure, or to impersonate any person or entity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
UserFeedFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by UserFeedFlow, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you submit through our platform.
Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
Limitation of Liability
UserFeedFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination by contacting our support team.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
